Dual Credit allows eligible high-school students to enroll in courses during the regular academic year to earn high-school and college credit. Students may be admitted to the dual-credit program with a minimum of an overall 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale on all high-school courses and with 14 core high-school units. Students who have not completed 14 core high-school units may be admitted with a minimum of an overall 2.5 GPA on all high-school courses and with a minimum composite ACT score of 30 or the equivalent SAT score. All students seeking admission to this program must submit unconditional written recommendations from their high-school principals and/or guidance counselors. Dual-credit students are eligible to take additional courses under the dual-enrollment program.
