NOTICE

New Information Regarding Student Refunds

Students having a credit balance on their student account by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday will have a refund available for distribution on Friday.

Beginning with the Fall 2007 semester, students will have two options for the distribution of their student refund checks.

1. Direct deposit to a checking or savings account.  The Direct Deposit Authorization form can be found here.  Please fill out, attach a canceled check and return to the Comptroller’s Office (Welty Hall).

2. By mail to the student’s current mailing address.  This mailing address cannot be a MUW box.  You can verify your mailing address by doing the following:

1. Log on to Banner web through http://www.muw.edu
2. Click on Personal Information
3. Click on View Address(es) and Phone(s)
4. Verify Mailing Address
