Personal Training Policies
- Training sessions will begin promptly at the time agreed
upon by the client and trainer.
- Because trainers often schedule consecutive appointments,
sessions must begin and end on time. If the client is late
the session will not be extended beyond the agreed upon end
time.
- The
trainer should be notified 24 hours in advanced if you are
unable to keep a scheduled training session. With less than
12 hours notice your session will be forfeited.
- A
registration packet must be completed prior to the
scheduling of the first appointment. Packets can be found
in the Campus Recreation Office or on our website,
www.muw.edu/recreation. A physician’s clearance form may be
required after your packet has been reviewed.
- All
registration forms and payment for packages must be paid in
the Campus Recreation office. Sessions must be paid in full
prior to the first training session. Payment may be made by
cash, personal check or credit card. Personal trainers are
not allowed to accept payments.
- All
fees are non-refundable.
- Clients must be a current student of MUW or have a current
Campus Recreation membership.
- To
receive optimum benefits from the program, we recommend that
a minimum of 1 session be used per week.
- Personal training clients are expected to adhere to all
Fitness Center and Campus Recreation policies.
- All
personal training sessions are to be conducted within Campus
Recreation facilities.
- When selecting a buddy package, partners should have the
same training goals to get the most benefit from the
training sessions.
- Buddy package participants must train together. |
