QEP Listening Session: College of Nursing & Health Sciences
October 25, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
The W’s QEP is in the initial planning stages and we need feedback from faculty, staff, and students regarding its direction and scope.
Right now, the stated goal and outcomes for this QEP are:
Goal: To produce graduates who are prepared for a competitive marketplace and to succeed over the course of their professional lives.
* Students will demonstrate effective critical thinking and communication skills appropriate to their discipline and be able to communicate their value to potential employers.
* Students will have the opportunity to engage in real world experiences, such as internships, experiential learning, or service-learning.
* Students will exhibit the ability to present themselves as a professional and engage with others in a professional environment.
We need to hear from you and gain more understanding of where you think this QEP should lead. The adopted QEP proposal will be amended based on feedback given at these sessions. Your participation in this process will be crucial to the crafting of a successful QEP. Please plan to attend if you are able or offer feedback via email to the QEP chair or college representatives.
