Scholarships for Biology Majors
There are various biology scholarships offered by the Department of Sciences and Mathematics available to returning Biology majors. (Must plan to be enrolled in classes the following fall.)
Most of these scholarships are available to all currently-enrolled students, including international students. Amounts awarded are generally in the $500 to $2000 dollar range.
The scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the departmental faculty and are awarded on the basis of BOTH financial need and academic merit.
Everyone who is a current biology major and will be returning in the next semester is encouraged to apply.
2023-2024 Biology Scholarships
To apply for a 2023-24 Biology Scholarship, complete the scholarship application below.
Students who are awarded scholarships will be notified by the Financial Aid office by email and in Banner.
The deadline for applying is Sunday 7 April 2023.
You only need to apply once and you will be considered for all departmental scholarships.
