Dr. Deb Wells, Ph.D., LPC, LPC/S
Director of Counseling Services
Dr. Wells a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Ph.D. in Supervision and Counselor Education and her Master of Science in Community Counseling from Mississippi State University. Her knowledge of Social Work and Religious Education comes from her undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has served in various positions in the counseling profession. She served as a member and chairperson of the Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors. She has also served on national and state committees. She is very active in the Mississippi Counseling Association. Dr. Wells works with individuals that are making transitions in their lives and is able to help with anxieties, depression and other mental health concerns.

Kimberly Davis, LMFT
Student Success Outreach Counselor
Kimberly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over twenty years of experience in mental health. Kimberly joined the W Counseling Center in Spring 2019. She is also a licensed supervisor for Marriage and Family students. She received her masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi. Kimberly works with those dealing with life stressors, family conflict, anxiety, depression, addiction and many other mental health concerns. Her most recent role was as Outreach Coordinator for the Drug Education Council in Mobile, AL where she received her Prevention Specialist Certificate. Kimberly has worked at BayView Professional Associates in Mobile, AL and Memorial Behavioral Health Hospital in Gulfport, MS.

Monique Tillman, P-LPC
Counselor
Monique Tillman is a Master level Counselor and also has her P-LPC Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor. She has over 20 years working with adolescents and young adults through community outreach as well as cause awareness. She has 10 years’ experience in mental health. She attained her undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and received her Master degree from the University of West Alabama in Counseling Psychology. Tillman is certified as a clinical trauma professional. Other trainings include managing aggressive behavior, working with at risk youth, as well as working with juveniles and adults within the court system. She is also trained in suicide prevention, depression, healthy relationships, positive self-image and stress management.
