About Amanda Dahl

Amanda Dahl, Instructor of Nutrition, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition from Mississippi State University. On faculty at The W since 2007, she is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and has completed a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.

Dahl is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Mississippi Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her areas of interest/expertise include weight management, chronic disease prevention and nutrition education in the school setting with a focus on farm-to-school initiatives.
