We will be joined by Dustin Fife, the College Librarian at Colorado College, who has written and presented extensively on the benefits of failure and the need to create a culture in academic libraries that supports experimentation and initiative for forward growth. Dustin Fife is College Librarian at Colorado College. Before Colorado College, Dustin was Director of Library Services and Online Education at Western Colorado University. Prior to Western, Dustin was Outreach and Access Services Librarian at Utah Valley University and the public Library Director for San Juan County, Utah. Dustin has served as President of the Learning Round Table of the American Library Association and President of the Utah Library Association. In 2016, Dustin was recognized as a Library Journal Mover & Shaker.
