$10K Flat-Rate Tuition

MBA students can start out with minimal debt and begin building post-MBA wealth sooner by enrolling in our 100% online program for a flat rate of $10,000. Tuition is the same affordable, pay-by-the-course rate for all U.S. residents.

  • The rate includes tuition, online fees, capital improvement fees, and eliminates all out-of-state fees. 
  • The rate does not include the cost of books or other supplies.

Flexibility to Fit Your Needs

MBA students can take 4 courses (12 credit hours) each semester and complete in as little as three consecutive semesters or they can take 1-2 courses (3-6 credit hours) each semester and complete at their own pace.

Note: Summer coursework is required to complete the program.

Program Duration

Finish the 36-credit hour program in as few as 3 semesters. Multiple start dates of Fall, Spring and Summer mean you can earn your degree around your schedule.

Non-business graduates must take a set of prerequisite courses that will familiarize them with basic business concepts so they can hit the ground running once enrolled in the MBA program. We offer prerequisite courses online each semester, including summer.

This option will equip students with the most comprehensive skills and knowledge that apply to a variety of different industries and business-related fields.

Students in the General MBA will graduate prepared to:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Emphasis in Workforce Development

This emphasis will provide the knowledge base of workforce preparation, workforce education, and professional development. It is designed for students who are interested in opportunities in the fields of technical education or vocational instruction, community colleges, private industries, community agencies, and workforce training.

Students in the MBA with an emphasis in Workforce Development will graduate prepared to:

  • Grasp the concept of workforce development, recognizing its significance in both business and education, and its vital role in equipping students—from high schoolers to adult learners—for successful careers.
  • Utilize analytical and strategic skills to make informed, data-driven decisions in workforce planning and optimization, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

This emphasis will equip students with the skills needed to succeed in management careers within hospitality-related organizations such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, private clubs, and more.

Students in the MBA with an emphasis in Hostility will graduate prepared to:

  • Obtain management careers within hospitality-related organizations such as restaurants, resorts, private clubs, hotels and more.
  • Manage food and beverage organizations from a systems approach.
  • Understand the drivers of revenue, such as forecasting, pricing, and consumer behavior, for hospitality organizations by contrasting models employed by food-service and lodging operations.
  • Manage service organizations from a guest satisfaction perspective by integrating topics from human resources, technology, operations, marketing, and strategy.
  • Lead event planning functions with emphasis on financial and risk management, logistics, sustainability, and evaluation of event impacts.

Grade Policy

Graduate-degree credit is granted only for graduate-level courses in which the student earns an A, B, or C. No more than six semester hours of graduate credit evaluated as C may be applied toward any graduate program, whether degree or non-degree. To remain in good standing, the student must maintain a minimum 3.0 MUW cumulative GPA on all graduate courses attempted with no more than two grades of C, with no grade of D, and with no grade of F.
