The W requires students, faculty, and staff in certain areas (such as student nurses) to complete a federal background check and be fingerprinted. Fingerprinting can be done in Martin Hall, Room 122.

Use the links below to request fingerprinting in the nursing building, Martin Hall, Room 122 or an out-of-state fingerprinting packet to be completed by your local law enforcement agency.
