Pathways to a Law Degree

Mississippi College School of Law and Mississippi University for Women have developed new accelerated law degree pathways between the two institutions. The pathways will provide students who have completed three-fourths of the coursework required for a bachelor’s degree from The W to be eligible for admission to Mississippi College.

After successfully completing the first year of the J.D. program at Mississippi College (30 credit hours), The W will award the appropriate bachelor’s degree. After completing the requirements for the J.D. program, Mississippi College will award a J.D. degree.
