Mississippi University for Women can replace lost or damaged diplomas. The cost of a replacement diploma is $25.00 and a replacement diploma cover is $15.00.

Mississippi University for Women has partnered with Parchment as their diploma provider. Follow the instructions below to obtain a replacement diploma.

1. Access Parchment (www.parchment.com) and select the green Order Now button.
2. Search for Mississippi University for Women and select.
3. If creating an account, enter your email address. If you already have an account, you will be prompted to enter your password.
4. Select the green Order Now button under replacement diploma option.
5. Select Delivery Destination.
6. Enter Delivery Address.
7. Select the FedEx shipping method for international shipping.
8. Review item details page.
9. Review order summary page.
10. Enter payment information and submit the order.
11. Email confirmations will be sent through the processing of your order.
12. To check the status of your order by visiting the Orders tab on the top right of the page.

Currently, replacement diploma covers can be purchased through Mississippi University for Women’s Registrar’s Office. Requests should be made to Victoria Cockrell at (662) 329-7200 The cost of mailing a replacement diploma cover is the responsibility of the student.
