We know moving to a new town for a job can be difficult. That’s why The W has 48 apartments available to faculty and staff of the university at a reduced rate. The apartments are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate you and your family.
Tenants may live in the apartments for three years at which time, if they decide to stay, their rent will increase to market value.
University Apartments are located on the Southwest corner of campus and within walking distance of all buildings on campus.

Employees who would like to be added to the apartment waiting list, please complete the waiting list form found below and return it to MUW-1628. Students may obtain an application in the Office of Resources Management.
