Mississippi University for Women will celebrate December graduates with Commencement ceremonies Friday, December in Rent Auditorium, Whitfield Hall, on The W’s campus.
The W honors its Spring 2023 The College of Nursing and Health Sciences will hold their ceremonies at 1p.m. The Colleges of Arts & Sciences, Business & Professional Studies, and the School of Education will hold their ceremonies at 4p.m.
The W honors its December 2022 graduates.
Located in historic Columbus, Mississippi, The W was founded in 1884 as the first state-supported college for women in the United States. Today, the university is home to 2,193 students in more than 70 majors and concentrations and has educated men for 40 years.
