Joshua Nguyen is Vietnamese-American poet and a native of Houston, Texas, who now lives in Oxford, Mississippi, where he earned his MFA and is working on his PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Mississippi. He is a collegiate national poetry slam champion. His debut collection of poetry, Come Clean, won the Felix Pollak prize in poetry from the University of Wisconsin Press. This year he has has also published the chapbook, American Lục Bát for My Mother.
