Holly Goddard Jones was born and raised in rural Kentucky, which provides the setting for many of her stories. Jones returns to the symposium with her second story collection Antipodes. Her other books include the novels The Salt Line and The Next Time You See Me and the collection Girl Trouble. Jones now lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she teaches in the creative writing MFA program at UNC Greensboro.
