| K. Iver is a nonbinary, trans poet and native of Mississippi. Their debut collection Short Film Starring My Beloved’s Red Bronco was awarded the Ballard Spahr Prize for Poetry from Milkweed. They earned their BA in Communications and their MA in English with a concentration in Poetry from Mississippi State University, and are the Roger F. Murray Chair in Creative Writing at Phillips Academy. |
